You can buy extra tokens at a simple flat rate instead of paying an hourly fee. For larger projects (like a new landing page or full redesign), we’ll scope it and either quote a token bundle or a one-time project price—whichever is more cost-effective for you.

A bigger change is anything that significantly changes layout or adds new flows—for example:

• Designing and building a brand-new page
• Reworking the homepage layout
• Adding new features (forms, integrations, automations, etc.)

You keep your website. It’s built on standard, portable code, so you always own it. If you ever decide to leave, we’ll provide access to the repository and DNS details so you or another provider can take over management.

Yes. On eligible plans, you’ll have access to a simple editing dashboard for basic text and content changes. Tokens are there for anything that needs design, development, or structural updates—anything you’d rather have our team handle for you.
